How can I contact you?

How long does an order take to be processed?

Once we receive your order, your clock will be made and ready to dispatch within 4 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Once dispatched, delivery will be in 2 working days.

How do I use a promotional discount code?

If you have a discount code you can apply the code at the checkout.

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted goods – these must be returned in original new condition with all tags attached/packaging intact. For further returns information, please visit our Returns page. 

What do I do if I receive a faulty product or my order was not as expected?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email: hello@drecklyclocks.com 

How do I track my order?

We will dispatch your order within 4 working days. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been collected from us by Royal Mail. You can check the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail website once you’ve received your tracking number.

My order tracking states ‘Delivered’ but I cannot find my parcel, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that this occurs, please email your details to hello@drecklyclocks.com as we will need to raise an investigation with our courier partner. We aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible but please note this can take up to 28 days for full investigations.

How long will I have to wait for my refund?

Once your return reaches us, we aim to process returns within a 48 hours (excluding bank holidays & weekends). Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your original payment method – this can be a little longer for international payments. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we refund your order to keep you updated.

Can I personalise my order?

Please contact us by email if you would like to personalise your clock and we will discuss timescales, options and costs. If you wish to proceed we can arrange this for you.

Do you deliver internationally?

At present we can only dispatch to UK addresses by Royal Mail through the website. Please email us if you would like to send your order to an international address and we will advise you of costs and timescales. If you wish to proceed we can arrange this for you.
