Tracking information will be provided once your order has been collected from us by Royal Mail
Bank holidays & weekends are not considered as working days.
International Delivery
At present we can only dispatch to UK addresses by Royal Mail through the website. Please email us if you would like to send your order to an international address and we will advise you of costs and timescales. If you wish to proceed we can arrange this for you.
Returns
We’re more than happy to accept returns within 30 days of ordering. Please return your item unused and in its original condition, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase to:

You’ll be responsible for any return postage costs. We recommend you use a tracked for delivery service and will only be able to process returns once items have been received safely.
We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, please place a new order online.
Items that don’t meet our returns terms and conditions may not be refunded.
Unless ordered items are faulty, we won’t refund any delivery postage costs.
Personalised or custom items are not eligible to be returned unless faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any issues with your order.
